          Entering Cavite National Science High School is a very great achievement. It is something that you should be proud of. I'm now in my 3rd year in this school and it is a great question if i should continue studying in this school. I almost in the end of my high school life, its very hard passing the entrance examination, from the academics, to the research. I should continue this path. I'm already in the middle, there's no turning back. If I turn back in this situation, I will call myself a weakling. This school shaped my life, my personality, my brain, my heart. This school is a great part of my life. It made me experience many things and I still want to add something in those experiences. I will continue studying in this school no matter what.

Circles of School's Violations

Every school has their own rules and regulations. Here are some rules listed by how great the rules are.

First Circle (No ID) - Some students forget to wear their school IDs and some are just too careless to lost their ID, Our ID is a part of our school uniform and without our ID, we are also not in the proper uniform. The corresponding punishment for this is writing a promissory note.

Second Circle (Late Comers) - Some students do not wake up early or move slowly that is why they came to school in a late time. For the punishment, they also have to make a promissory note telling they are not to do this mistake again.

Third Circle (Littering) - Students throw their garbage everywhere. Do not throw their garbage on the trash can. This is a serious problem because it affect our environment. The person who will be caught littering should have a detention or community service where they should have to clean an assigned area.

Fourth Circle (Not Speaking in English) - As a student of a Regional Science High School, students are obliged to speak in English. Written in the policy, students should speak in English. People who do not speak in English should have a deduction to their performance grade in their English subject.

Fifth Circle (Noisy) - Again, as a student of this kind of school, students should have a proper discipline so they should behave like a Science Curriculum student. Everyone who behave noisy for a week should deduct grades from their performance.

Sixth Circle (Vandalism and Breaking the School Properties) - Properties in school should be used properly. These things were used free in charge. Everyone who break this rule should replace the property they break.

Seventh Circle (Cutting Classes) - Everyone who cut classes just to relax and spend their hours on not important things outside the school in school hours should be violated. They should have a record on their list of records.

Eighth Circle (Bullying) - Bullying is now a law. So everyone caught bullying fellow students should be punished, First offense, they should have a community service. For second offense, the student should be suspended. And for the third offense, the student is forced to find new school for he is already kicked out at the end of the school year.

Ninth Offense ( Cheating ) - Cheating is a great rule breaking. Students caught cheating should bring their parents next day. Next offense, The students will leave the school and should find a new school.

Modern Heroes

          OFWs are people who work abroad. They do this to help their families, have a greater salary that they cant have in the Philippines. They are hardworking people who patiently wait for the time to come to visit the Philippines. They cant see their families and sacrifice the time that they should be with their families.

          I salute all the Overseas Filipino Workers who sacrifice their time to other countries. We should be proud of them for working not for just their family but for their own country. Their efforts are much appreciated. They deserve to be called the modern heroes.

Salute to the Fallen 44

     There are no country that is peaceful. Every country experience war and misunderstandings. In Mindanao, there is a group named Moro International Liberation Front also known as the MILF. They are the people who is against the government. Few days back, there are soldiers who lost their life in maintaining the peace in Mindanao, they fought the MILF. I salute all the soldiers who risked their life just to maintain the peace in our country. I also like to salute not just the Fallen 44 but all our soldiers. They always risk their life and they are always away to their family. The Fallen 44 is very inspirational. They showed us the importance of peace in a country. They showed us that some people risk everything just to save other people's lives and help other people.

Papal Visit 2015

         Pope Francis is a very inspirational and controversial pope. When he visited the Philippines, he gave a very great impact to all the Filipinos. Even though, I am not a Catholic I still find Pope Francis a great spiritual leader. On his stay, I watched every mass and found myself very blessed, Even though he have a very hectic schedule, you can see that he's very tired but he still find a way to smile. Every Filipino who saw his smile, I believe they change their point-of-view in life. Pope Francis gave inspirational messages that changed the way Filipinos look at their life. He taught us to be strong in every problems that we encounter and make us understand that God is always here to help us. His visit is a very important visit for all the Filipinos who lost their hope in the disasters 
they experienced.

My Own Ending of Romeo and Juliet

          When Romeo was sent to Mantua, he didn't have enough news about Juliet until Friar John came and gave Romeo a letter. She found out Juliet's death and prepared to travel back to Verona. 

          They traveled back to Verona and went to the Capulet's vault. There, he saw Paris, the fiancee of Romeo. They had a good sword fight but there should have a winner. Romeo won the battle and killed Paris. They entered the vault and she saw Juliet. He's very sad to see Juliet in that kind of state so he planned to have suicide. When he was about to stab himself with a knife, Friar Lawrence came and stopped him. Friar Lawrence told Romeo about his and Juliet's plan.

          Upon knowing that Juliet is only sleeping, he found himself very happy. He patiently waited Juliet to wake up until Juliet finally woke up. Romeo kissed Juliet, a sweet kiss. They thanked the two friars that helped them and went on to an escape. They escaped and reached a beautiful island. An island where they will create great memories. They started their own family. They died on an old age and their bodies were buried on the same spot. 

Interview from the Past

Here is a brief interview and my short encounter to Former President Cory Aquino.

Interviewer: How's your day, Madam?

Mrs. Cory: I'm great and wonderful. 

Interviewer: I have a few questions for you, Maam. First I want to ask is, what can you say to all your supporters and people who admire you?

Mrs. Cory: I really dont know what to say to them. I think I do not deserve to be admired and became an inspirational model but I want to tell them that I gave them an opportunity to change and I had an opportunity to inspire them. I am really grateful that with just this little thing I made, I became a role model and many people are inspired because of what I have done.

Interviewer: Madam, youre such a great president and a person worth admiring. My next question is how do you want people to know you?

Mrs. Cory: I want people to know me as a person who want to change the system in our government, A person who move to make a difference in the government. I want to be known as a person who do not fight for power but for the opportunity to change his citizens, change the country and change how the citizens look to their country.

Interviewer: My last question madam is what can you say to all our youth and aspirant leaders?

Mrs. Cory: To all the youth and aspirant leaders, I challenge you all to be the kind of leader which supports his followers and inspire them to make good things. You should bbe nice and kind to your followers because you are once like them. All people have the chance to be a leader. Enhance your leadership skills and you can be a great leader.

An Inspiring Teacher

          A   teacher helps us in improving ourselves in the academic aspect and also on the value aspect. They did not just teach us academic subjects, but they also teach us to be a better person. A teacher is a symbol of learning, they inspire us and they serve us a role model. 

         One of the teachers that I admire most is Ms. Noemi Santiago, my grade 6 math teacher. Even though she's not my adviser, I became close to her because she became our mentor on a contest. besides of being a good teacher, she is also a friend to talk to. You can tell all your problems to her, she can be a friend that will listen to all your stories. Even though, I'm on my high school years, I still have a regular visit to her and talk to her until I notice that the sun is already setting and I need to go back home. I can still remember the days when she's scolding us because we're to stubborn and noisy. But every time she became mad to us, we learn something new. She's a very inspirational teacher. I will carry my memories with her until I get old. 

Advocacy on Saving the Environment

          Our environment still have the chance to be saved. There's still time for us to change ourselves and support. We can change the world and lead it to a better one. We should step up and help the environment.

Introduction: There's this bar where they met each other, Zayn as a typical member of a by band and Joelle a DJ with a very keen senses toward other people.

Rising Action: They met again in a radio house tour that the band do and Joelle as the person who interview them. Zayn knew that he want to get the heart of Joelle and invited her to a date.

Conflict: Joelle is afraid to fall in love especially to a very famous person  that will left her hanging when Zayn started his tour. She now neglect Zayn and doesnt attend on some of their dates.


Climax: Zayn do all his best. He talked to Joelle's parents and brother. He try to persuade Joelle's family and finally he got their permission to date Joelle.

Falling : Now he have Joelle's family's approval, he do anything to prove Joelle that he's worth the love. JOelle's brother helped him to get Joelle's heart. Finally, Zayn got theheart of Joelle.

Denouement: Joelle finally accepted the permission of Zayn to marry her. All of the relatives and friends of Joelle approved the wedding even the friends of Zayn. So they have a great wedding and become happy with each other.

Your Friend and My Friend

Things are never quite as scary when you've got a best friend.

            A friend is a person who's always with you. He inspires you by the way he move. He gave you advises in every problem that you encounter in everyday life. You are not you when you don't have any friends. They are the key to help you know who you are and they complete every piece of you.

            So what's the difference between a friend and a best friend. Your best friends know you very well. They know you from head to foot. They also know when you have a problem and how you deal with it. So when you can't pass the challenge anymore they are here to help you passing it. They know how to deal with it especially if its your problem. They can make you laugh even in simple jokes. They can make you cry in just a simple arguments. Simply, you can't live with your best friends even your friends.

            So our friends should be treasured. They are very important to us. They are like the cheese in the cheeseburger. You can't call it a cheeseburger if it doesn't have any cheese. Just like you, you can't be called with your name, if you lack your friends and best friends.

How I Want to be Remembered

          Every person wants to be famous. They want to be famous in whatever they can. They want to share what they can do and inspire many people with their skills, talents and even values. They leave their legacy to ever person's heart that make the people think of what they can do.

         I'm just a simple person. Living everyday waiting the opportunities to come. I'm not that smart and I am not an athletic person but I want to be remembered by persons around me. I want them to remember what I did for them. I want to make them think what will happen if there is no Ashley Bardaluza with them. I will inspire them with all I can. I will give them advises that they will bring and they can use in every problem that will came to their life.

         That's how I want people to remember me. I want them to feel me. But I should not only think of myself, I should also think of the others living with me. I should also remember them in what they did to me. Because we should remember all the important persons that came, come and will come to our life.

Until Death

          My mother was born on February 3, 1960 in Guinayangan, Quezon. If she's still alive she's now on her 54 years. She was a cute and cuddly girl when she was born. Even though they are many in the family and came from a poor family, she still went to school and studied very hard. 

          She met my father again after few years but my father already have children. Still, my mother loved my father till her last breath. Even though she didn't finished her college, she still find a way to earn some money and to help my father. 

          They created their own family until I was born. She inspires me in whatever she do. She gave me advises that helped me to know who am I. Now, that she already passed away, she still continue inspiring me because when she's still alive, she's very proud of me. She's a woman that can't be forgotten. In my heart, I can feel that she's there helping me to strive harder each day and to pass every problems that will came into my life.

          She is my mother. She is my inspiration. She is my hero. She is Jocelyn Bardaluza.

My Three Stages of High School

On my first year of high school
I am very hopeful to meet new friends
And at least have a best friend
That will always be by my side.

We learned a lot everyday with fun
That's what we always say.
At first, we feel very pressured
And we always wanted to stop

In every time we feel the pressure
We know it will change pretty soon.
With the help of our teacher who always there
Make us confident in every day.

Every minute in school is very fun
In each time with your friends
We make great memories in everyday
Wasting it don't enter our minds.

But whenever each quarter came 
Our feelings all became one
The feeling of guilt not to study
And being nervous of our grades.

On the end of school year,
We are all blessed
No one will go
All of us will stay.

Excitement thrills me on my second year
To meet new batch of my classmates
And also my new service mates
That give me joy and laughter

It feels like this will be the best year of my life
There are issues and intrigues came,
But nothing blocked our way
We just learned lessons from it.

That's why we are all now awake
Awake from the world we are moving
We brought the academic and life lessons
Waiting for the time we should apply it.

A new chapter of life closed
And now enter a new page
I am now a junior
Survived two difficult years

I became a person who treasure the time
Thinking what will happen before moving
Feel what the other will feel
And make my dream experiences come true

Now I know why high school life is the best
Because we learn from this stage
We learned how to move in the real world
And this wake us to move.

Oh High School Life

          "High school days are the happiest days of my life." That is a familiar quote that we always hear from our friends, family and relatives. That is what I have also experience for the past two years in CavSci. For the past two years, I experienced fun, excitement and pressure. Learning with fum is the best especially when you are with your friends.

          The school year started with joy and excitement. I was very excited that I can't sleep the night before. I was very excited to see my new service mates, new friends, new classmates, new teachers and the new appearance of the school. When I entered the school, the nervousness attacked me. "What if my classmates don't like me?" Those few words entered my mind. I met my past year's classmates, walked inside the campus a bit when we hear the shout of the officers. This is it, this is the start of the new school year. The first flag ceremony started and ended that I did not talk. Well, that is an achievement for me. The first day ended with laugh and learning. The second and third day past and the real me came out. I became cheerful again and friendly. 

          The first week ended. My goals are now set: to study well and to make some friends. I want this year to be my best. I want this year to be memorable for me and also for my friends.
